Steven Piascik recognized as one of the Top 40 under 40 successful young professionals who give back to the community
In the three years since he left KPMG International to start his own accounting business, Steven M. Piascik has accumulated more than 400 clients. Many are professional athletes seeking financial planning advice. Others are companies with international tax issues. All are wealthy. But the 36-year-old president and founder of Piascik & Associates P.C. has not forgotten about community service.
Piascik acts as treasurer and serves on the boards of both the Greater Richmond Technology Council and the Virginia Technical Alliance. He is also treasurer of the Richmond German School and works with various programs to help educate young athletes about money. How does he choose where to donate his time? "It just really depends on who needs help," he says.
